How MY MEMO PRIVATE LIMITED collects, processes, and safeguards your personal data — in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

  • c. “User” shall mean any natural person who accesses, downloads, registers, or uses the Platform.
  • d. “Personal Data” shall mean any data relating to an identifiable individual as defined under the DPDP Act, 2023.

2.Scope and Applicability

This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which the Company collects, stores, processes, uses, and protects the Personal Data of Users. By using the Platform, the User consents to the terms herein.
