  • b. “Application” / “Website” / “Platform” shall mean and include My Memo – Portal/App and all associated services, websites, and digital interfaces.
  • c. “User” shall mean any natural person who accesses, downloads, registers, or uses the Platform.
  • d. “Personal Data” shall mean any data relating to an identifiable individual as defined under the DPDP Act, 2023.
  • e. “Processing” shall include collecting, storing, using, sharing, transferring, or otherwise handling data.

2.Scope and Applicability

This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which the Company collects, stores, processes, uses, and protects the Personal Data of Users. By using the Platform, the User consents to the terms herein.

  • 3.2 Sensitive and Financial Data: Payment details, billing information, transaction records.
