These Terms constitute a legally enforceable agreement between You (“User”) and MY MEMO PRIVATE LIMITED (“Company”). By accessing or using the MY MEMO Platform, You acknowledge and consent to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws. These Terms form an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000.
Your usage of the Platform shall be deemed conclusive proof of Your acceptance of these Terms. If You object to any provision herein, You must abstain from usage forthwith.
Only individuals competent to contract as defined under Section 11 of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 may access the Platform. Minors shall access the Platform only through duly consenting parents or legal guardians.
User shall furnish truthful and updated details during registration and shall maintain absolute confidentiality of credentials. The Company disclaims liability for interruptions beyond its control.
No User shall engage in reverse engineering, tampering, unlawful dissemination, infringement or any activity prejudicial to the interests of the Company. Any contravention shall attract immediate termination and legal consequences.
All intellectual property vesting in the Platform shall remain exclusive property of the Company. Unauthorized use shall be liable for prosecution under Indian IP laws.
The Company bears no responsibility towards fulfilment, defects, delivery, or disputes arising from third-party vendor transactions conducted through the Platform.
The Company shall not be held liable for transactional discrepancies arising due to bank failures, gateway errors or negligence of the User.
Refunds, if applicable, shall be governed strictly by the specific terms mentioned at the transaction level. Absence of a refund clause implies non-entitlement to refund.
User expressly authorises the Company to contact via SMS, email, calls or any lawful medium.
The Company adheres to the Information Technology Act, 2000 in respect of data protection and implements reasonable security protocols.
User shall not upload unlawful, defamatory, obscene, infringing or malicious content. Any breach shall lead to termination and possible legal action.
The Platform and its services are provided “AS IS”. The Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, to the extent permissible by law.
Liability shall be restricted strictly to direct damages proven to arise from Company negligence and shall not exceed the transaction amount.
The Company reserves unilateral authority to suspend, restrict or terminate access in cases of breach, fraud or misuse.
All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat, in accordance with Indian law.
The Company reserves the right to revise these Terms without prior intimation. Continued usage constitutes acceptance.
